Faith Ablaze International Ministries began in 2012 and operates among the nations of this world. Our team comprises Christian partners who are pastors, church leaders, retirees and professionals of different ethnicities and nationalities. We are united at the cross of Jesus, our Lord and Saviour.
We are motivated by Scriptural truths found in:
Mathew 28: 18-20
18 And Jesus came and said to them, "All authority in heaven and on earth has been given to me. 19 Go therefore and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit,
20 teaching them to observe all that I have commanded you. And behold, I am with you always, to the end of the age."
John 4: 23-24
23 But the hour is coming, and is now here, when the true worshipers will worship the Father in spirit and truth, for the Father is seeking such people to worship him. 24 God is spirit, and those who worship him must worship in spirit and truth."
VISION: We are equippers and mobilizers of Christ-believers, especially next generation pastors and leaders, into godliness and loving service for God’s glory among the nations.
MISSION: We partner with local churches, fellowships and individuals to bring biblical teachings and purposes to Christ-believers in obedience to the Great Commission.
We aim to impact future intercultural missionaries to serve God to the best of their abilities through a mentoring process.
We aim to coordinate short-term mission exposure trips with churches and individuals who desire to experience intercultural ministries.
We aim to consistently bless and bring the needs of people among the nations to God through prayer.
We believe the Bible to be the fully inspired, infallible, inerrant, and authoritative Word of God.
We believe there is one God, eternally existent in three persons: Father, Son, and Holy Spirit.
We believe that our Lord Jesus Christ is the eternal Son of God, fully divine and fully human. We believe in His virgin birth, in His sinless life, in His miracles, in His substitutionary and atoning death, in His bodily resurrection, in His ascension to the right hand of the Father, and in His personal return in power and glory.
We believe that for the salvation of lost and sinful man, regeneration by the Holy Spirit is absolutely essential.
We believe in the present ministry of the Holy Spirit whose indwelling and filling enables the Christian to live a godly life.
We believe in the bodily resurrection and judgment of all man. Believers are resurrected to enjoy eternal life with God, and unbelievers are resurrected to eternal suffering apart from God.
We believe all who are united to the risen and ascended Son of God are members of Christ’s universal church. We also believe that the local expressions of the universal body of Christ are essential in the plan, purpose and the glory of God.
We believe it is the responsibility of all who are saved to work toward the fulfillment of the Great Commission. All worldly and personal ambitions should be subordinated to that supreme command of making disciples. We believe that human betterment and social justice are essential products of the Gospel.
Our values are rooted in what we believe, stand for and are passionate about; therefore, the acronym INTEGRITY is appropriate as we move to serve people among the nations:
In constant communion with the Triune God as we serve others.
Nothing and no one can separate us from the love of God.
Truth of Scripture to be our foundation in our interactions.
Enthusiasm and endurance to accompany our steps of faith.
Glory of the Triune God to be our focus.
Resting in the Triune God’s Presence to be our regular act of worship.
Imitating Christ’s humility in our partnerships so that we may remain united.
Trusting the Triune God for the constant presence of anointing, privilege of sacrificial
service, protection of our faith and provisions for our needs.
Yeshua (Jesus) is the only way, truth and life and all who call upon Him will be saved.

Discipling / Mentoring
Our international team is able to offer online discipling on a 1:1 or a small group basis through various video applications. Geographical borders need not hinder us from learning God's Word together. Please email FAIM to enquire.
Experiencing the Great Commission
Sprints is a metaphor used to describe a short-term mission trip lasting 5 days – 24 months.
Thus, a team member (who might accompany
Dr. Rachel R) is known as a Sprinter. We have been blessed to enjoy the services of Sprinters from South Korea and Canada in nations like Ghana, Honduras and Mexico. Please email FAIM
to enquire. Do note that all Sprinters need to submit an official application form and submit to training or meetings as decided by FAIM leaders.
Servant-leadership courses are offered by Dr. Rachel who has equipped thousands of pastors and leaders globally since 2002. Servant-leadership courses can also be tailored for leaders in their professional environment. Email FAIM to set up an appointment directly with Dr. Rachel.
If you or your pastors/church leaders (both men and women) would like to get deeper into the Word of God, our facilitators could be your answer! We engage with small groups so that we might better invest our lives, time and talents. Our biblically or theologically qualified and spiritually mature facilitators will draw you to see the precious truths of the Bible. We will help you to interact with God's Word creatively and interculturally.
Please email FAIM to enquire.

ENGAGING COMMUNITY LEADERS OF A
Published by: Global Proclamation Commission for Trainers of Pastors
May 02, 2017
In the last three months, I hosted meetings with various groups of Garifuna leaders from the Atlantida region of Honduras. My stipulation to the Garifuna community leader who was helping me coordinate these meetings was very clear: only those aged 21 years – 50 years were to be carefully selected and invited. They needed to be current or emerging leaders in the community...

As I sit alone in my hotel room in Mexico, I am reminded of God's goodness throughout the last year and last decade. Yet, my mind continues to meander through a few more years beyond the decade to a simple and dangerous prayer over me as I stepped out to serve the King of kings intentionally to impact the nations. This was in 2002...
SOCIETY, SECURITY AND FREEDOM
August 23, 2018
I have been thinking much about personal and national security as well as personal and national freedom. I probably touch the tip of the iceberg with this blog. There is so much more to consider. The issues related to security and freedom have become relative and debatable...
UNASHAMED SERVANT-LEADERSHIP - THE BOOK COVER (A VISION FULFILLED) PART 2
July 05, 2018
The publishing of my book Unashamed Servant-Leadership was in progress. The marketing staff from Langham Literature invited me to suggest book cover concepts. I suggested two concepts but prayed that they would accept the first concept which was very personal and meaningful to me...
HONEST RESPONSES: ON PRAYING & FINANCIALLY SUPPORTING MISSIONARIES
September 06, 2016
We are three-quarters into 2016. It's that time of the year where most of us, missionaries or not, probably look into our budget and see if we have enough to move forward, whether we need to make some adjustments along the way and how we can possibly live within our means...
RIGHTEOUSNESS AND PEACE KISS
April 19, 2016
When eyes watch the horrors of bloodied bodies, bomb-blasted trucks and cars,
when ears hear sounds of machine guns,
bombs and grenades,
the mind wanders on its own streets
till it comes to a corner and
CAR TRANSACTION THE HONDURAN WAY - ONE FEMALE FOREIGNER'S PERSPECTIVE
January 16, 2016
God found it fit that a foreigner like me should wait at least 16 months to buy a car. A big reason was that I did not have any funds for a car but I also knew that God wanted me to experience the local bus and taxi rides. Needless to say, they were frustrating times when a reliable taxi driver would not or could not answer my call, or answered it too late. It was also frustrating when I had to wait in the really hot sun for a bus...
30 DAYS IN SINGAPORE: 30 BLESSINGS AND MORE
October 25, 2015
This blog is way overdue, all because of my jet-setting ways. I love my birth-nation Singapore and so I decided to count my blessings as I flew into this island-city...
IT IS NOT THE PLACE; IT IS THE PEOPLE WHO MAKE IT HOME
June 06, 2015
I am glad to finally be back in Honduras. It's home for me but unlike other places that I have visited from April-end May 2015, most people I know in Honduras are just acquaintances and perhaps, just a handful of new friends. Friendships in a new nation takes time. Just before I left for my 6-week trip to Asia, an Honduran (new) friend bought me a single-cup tea set. 6 weeks later, I unwrapped it and use it...
WHO SAYS THAT STUDYING THE BIBLE IS EASY? RAISE YOUR HAND, PLEASE
January 07, 2015
As the New Year begins, I am studying the epistle of Jude, a psalm and the story of Samson and Delilah in both English and Spanish. And it is definitely not an easy task. It's taken more time to get through this study. The essentials are all there; still, after making a major word-error among friends in a casual setting, I thought that it would be to my advantage to study in both languages. Well, everyone had a good laugh at my expense:-)...
THE GRACE SHIELD
October 27, 2014
People often associate Christians with good moral values. We are the do-gooders, the prim and proper, the uptight conservatives. True?
I don't think so. I think true followers of Christ value good morals, give sacrificially to others and know how to have good, clean fun! But I tell you, this 'morality' thing is bugging me. I spent a week thinking about this word. I mean, I see and read about daily assaults on Christians and their moral values!...
FINDING PEACE AMIDST CHAOS
October 07, 2014
If you read reports regarding Central American nations, it can sometimes be depressing as the media highlights the negative news - corruption, murders, rapes, trafficking and so on.
Are you telling me that first world nations are clean of these unrighteousness? Unrighteousness, wickedness as well as some good happens in the world around...
GRATITUDE IS NOT JUST AN ATTITUDE, IT IS FORTITUDE
August 16, 2014
One of my friends nominated me to share three things that would make me be grateful for the next five days. It's a Facebook challenge that has been in circulation for some time. It's a good challenge. There are so many people and things to appreciate. How do I narrow it down to just three heart revelations? In current times where I am challenged with persecution of Christians, repeated injustice, worldly values, it takes courage for anyone to mouth the words,
"I am thankful for. . .".
NOT TOO HEAVY TO CARRY
July 22, 2014
In Africa, the little ones are not too heavy. The other little ones carry their brother or sister. I have witnessed the other little ones carry their sibling for more than four hours on their little back. And when the other little ones are given some food, I saw them untie the piece of cloth that secures the toddler to their back, put the toddler down and feed them first before eating
what was given to them...
July 20, 2014
I climbed those 150 steps just by a vineyard in Switzerland. They were quite the climb for me. I huffed and puffed my way up. Terribly unfit but very determined. My mind focused on the attributes of a great God - Sovereign, Omniscient, Good, Omnipotent, Omnipresent and Divine (SO GOOD). A missionary friend had taught me that a long time ago. And God is so much more but it's a good start to reflect on His attributes...
